where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across South Africa only. International orders are not available at this time.

shipping cost

Free delivery on all orders within South Africa. No minimum spend required.

processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships, with a tracking number.

delivery time

• Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 business days
• Regional & outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, load shedding or public holidays.

tracking your order

Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of ordering, please email hello@beautyhubsa.co.za.

failed delivery / incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees may apply.
