refund & returns

our promise

Your skin is personal. If a product isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

eligibility

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unopened & unused items — full refund of the product price.
  • Opened items — refunds are considered case-by-case if you’ve had a reaction or the product is defective. Please include a photo when contacting us.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

non-returnable items

  • Sale or clearance items marked "final sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Bundle items returned partially (bundles must be returned in full)

how to return

  1. Email hello@beautyhubsa.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and address.
  3. Post your item back to us — return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  4. Once we receive & inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.
